While there were couple of impressive moments that amazed the audience, a significant portion of the show was absolutely stagnant.

Considering that it was already tipped as a ‘glorified house show’, majority of the babyfaces stole the show with victories and the company ended the night on a high.

Since the upcoming months will be pretty interesting with WWE Evolution and Crown Jewel scheduled to take place, there were a lot of interesting things the company teased tonight.

What were they? Let’s find out. Here are the 5 things WWE secretly told you at WWE Super Show-Down.

#1 Samoa Joe might never win the WWE Championship

Despite portraying one of the most vicious heels in sports entertainment today, Samoa Joe has constantly failed to win the big one.

The Destroyer’s heelish antics are admirable and coerce you to engage in every narrative he’s surrounded by, and since his feud with A.J. Styles was catapulting Joe to the top again, winning the WWE Championship could have solidified his position.

However, the Phenomenal One took Joe to a world of annihilation and did everything in his power to protect his family as well as the house that he built.

Considering how these rivalries end with Joe eventually losing, it definitely seems that the company might never push Samoa Joe as a Champion on the main roster.

#2 Ronda Rousey and Nikki Bella will fight at WWE Evolution

A match that everybody knew was coming was Ronda Rousey Vs. Nikki Bella at WWE’s First All-Women’s PPV, and they have finally teased it.

Since Ronda Rousey and the Bella Twins teamed up tonight to square off against the talented Riott Squad, something surprising was bound to happen.

While the fans were expecting a heel turn for the Bella Twins, WWE saved the turn and teased us with a little misunderstanding between Nikki and the Rowdy One.

Considering that the Raw Women’s Champion is still not booked for the event, creating a wedge between the two superstars was an ideal way for the company to tease that the feud is happening.

This will certainly disappoint many hardcore wrestling fans but the women’s division on Monday Night Raw is more about fame than legacy.

#3 John Cena’s WWE career will legitimately end in a few years

While his presence definitely enlightens the entire WWE Universe, John Cena’s in-ring role is continuing to diminish his credibility as a professional wrestler.

Since his tag-team match with Bobby Lashley didn’t do justice to any superstar in the ring, the Cenation Leader acknowledged the Australian crowd post-match to entice a positive reaction.

With all that he said tonight to the WWE Universe, it definitely limits his on-going appearances with WWE and might certainly force him to retire soon to pursue a life outside of the business.

There’s no denying that WWE doesn’t feel the same without John Cena but judging by his in-ring limitations, it definitely feels that Big Match John will hang up his boots sooner rather than later.

#4 The heel turn you are all waiting for is coming

The Shield has managed to garner a tremendous reputation within the squared circle as one of the greatest factions to ever step foot in a WWE ring.

All the three superstars are bound to rule the business for a long long time, and while Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins have already enjoyed massive success, it’s time that Dean Ambrose grabs the brass ring and runs with it.

The Lunatic Fringe was unintentionally hit with a Superman Punch by Roman Reigns which led the entire world to believe that a heel turn is indeed coming.

Considering that the Australian extravaganza was merely a glorified house show, giving the victory to the babyface team felt like an ideal move.

Since there are already tensions brewing inside Ambrose’s head, there’s a strong possibility that he could be turning heel very very soon.

#5 Shawn Michaels is coming out of retirement to face the Undertaker and Kane

While the Undertaker’s clash with Triple H was satisfactory, it managed to gravitate tremendous attention due to the particular involvement of HBK.

Since many reliable publications have already confirmed HBK’s return to the squared circle, WWE established everything they could to book a solid tag-team match at WWE Crown Jewel.

With all that transpired tonight, there’s no denying that Shawn Michaels can still go and take bumps in order to ensure the entertaining element of the encounter.

The Undertaker’s animosity with Triple H and HBK has been terrific, and his actions will only demand consequences. The Show-Stopper is returning and we can’t wait anymore now.
