This also meant that the travel schedule for every WWE Superstar suddenly became light and the many travel partners that they had paired up with on the road were no longer necessary.

Ronda Rousey once revealed that the WWE travel schedule was one of the reasons why she decided to take some time away from the company following WrestleMania 35.

Now it appears that Rousey could make her return since all live events have been canceled for the foreseeable future and WWE is locked into the ThunderDome until WrestleMania weekend.

WWE will be allowed to return to the road at some point in the future and when they do, there will be several WWE stars hoping to team back up with their travel buddies.

#5 WWE star Rhea Ripley and NXT’s Raquel Gonzalez

Rhea Ripley took part in her second WWE Royal Rumble match last Sunday night. It’s believed that this is the beginning of a main roster career for the former NXT and NXT UK Women’s Champion.

Ripley made a lot of friends throughout her time on the NXT brand, but her best friend was definitely Raquel Gonzalez, someone that she recently had an incredible feud with on the black and yellow brand.

Ripley once stated that she would have loved to have been part of a tag team with her best friend. Instead, the two women were given quite the feud which built Gonzalez into a monster in NXT and allowed Ripley to finally take her exit and gain promotion.

It perhaps comes as no surprise that Ripley and Gonzalez are such close friends that they were travel buddies before the global lockdown.

It’s unclear how this will continue if the two women are on separate brands when WWE is allowed to continue touring again. The WWE Universe still awaits Ripley appearance on RAW or SmackDown in order to ensure that she has been officially promoted to the main roster this time around.

#4 Former WWE Tag Team Champions The Street Profits

Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins have been paired together in WWE since their time in NXT. The former WWE Tag Team Champions have become closer in recent years following their promotion to the main roster. They have been part of several Ride Along shows in the past where their chemistry is undeniable.

Ford was asked by SPORTBible about his travel partners in a recent interview back in December, where he revealed that he and Dawkins had their own group.

Of course, WWE stars are not currently traveling, but when the tour schedule resumes it’s easy to see Bianca Belair traveling as part of this squad following her Royal Rumble victory.

#3 Former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Sasha Banks and Bayley

Sasha Banks and Bayley have shown that they were the best of friends throughout their time in WWE, so it perhaps comes as no surprise that the two women would travel together.

Before WWE went into lockdown and the two women ended their friendship in the most epic of ways, they were Women’s Tag Team Champions and the highlight of SmackDown.

If the company was able to travel right now then the two women wouldn’t be able to together since they are currently seen as enemies, but there was a time when they would spend a lot of time around one another.

Bayley traveled with Carmella when she was in NXT, but despite Sasha Banks’ own husband being part of WWE and one of her best friends Kalisto also being part of the brand, the Golden Role Models are often seen traveling together instead.

#2 WWE star Cesaro and Sheamus/Seth Rollins

Cesaro is currently part of a huge push on WWE TV after the former Tag Team Champion was able to defeat Daniel Bryan again last week on SmackDown.

Cesaro has been stuck in the Tag Team Division in recent years and is finally being recognized as the star that he is on WWE TV. Cesaro has been on WWE TV for so long now that he has had several travel buddies in the past, the most obvious one being Seth Rollins.

The two men traveled everywhere together up until Seth Rollins was injured back in 2017, which is when Cesaro began sharing humorous updates on social media to show that he was missing his former travel partner.

After the two men went in their opposite directions, Sheamus and Cesaro began traveling together, which makes sense since the two men are former Tag Team Champions.

The Bar was split back in October as part of the WWE Draft after Sheamus was sent over to Monday Night RAW, but Seth Rollins and Cesaro are now back together again on SmackDown.

#1 Former WWE Champion Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt

Braun Strowman has a lot to thank Bray Wyatt for when it comes to his WWE career. It was Wyatt who took the former powerlifter under his wing in the Wyatt Family and allowed him to flourish.

Despite The Wyatt Family going their own separate ways in recent years, Strowman and Wyatt have remained good friends and travel partners.

There was a time a few years ago when Braun Strowman and one of his close friends Alexa Bliss would travel together. However, in an interview with WrestlingInc, The Monster Among Men revealed that the former WWE Champion was his usual travel partner.

The two men are now back on Monday Night RAW together following the draft, which means that when WWE begins touring again, Strowman and Bray Wyatt will be able to travel together once again.
