There are several exciting dream matches that can excite the WWE Universe including top superstars like Ricochet, Mark Andrews, Flash Morgan Webster, Undisputed Era, and many more superstars.
Champion vs Champion: NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler vs NXT UK Women’s Champion Toni Storm
The last time that Toni Storm and Shayna Baszler faced off was at the NXT United Kingdom Championship Tournament this past summer in late June for the NXT Women’s Championship. Toni Storm had to win a triple threat match also involving Isla Dawn and Killer Kelly to earn this championship opportunity.
When the two did face off, it was arguably one of the best matches of Shayna Baszler’s championship reign. The match ended when Shayna Baszler knocked Toni Storm out with the Kirafuda Clutch outside of the ring and got the count out victory. The Queen of Spades would attack Toni Storm after the match and Toni Storm has not managed to get revenge since then. Since then, both superstars have achieved a considerable amount.
Shayna Baszler lost the NXT Women’s Championship to Kairi Sane but would win it back at Evolution. Toni Storm won the Mae Young Classic at Evolution and defeated Rhea Ripley for the NXT UK Women’s Championship at the first ever NXT UK Takeover event NXT UK Takeover: Blackpool. The two should arguably have a rematch at some point in the next few weeks.
The two women have an incredible amount of chemistry and if they are given more time and the main event slot of an episode of NXT UK, these two champions can have a match for the ages.
Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews vs Undisputed Era (Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong)
Undisputed Era are one of the best tag teams in the world so we should definitely see some sort of dream match involving a tag team from NXT UK. That tag team should be Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster.
The two are one of the better high flying duos in all of WWE and their high energy style would be great against Undisputed Era, who have stolen the show every single time that they got the chance.
Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews are not an established tag team yet so having a match with a top tag team like Undisputed Era will help them out.
Jordan Devlin vs Ricochet
Ricochet and Jordan Devlin have both been breakout stars in NXT and NXT UK so far. They both have similar styles as both superstars have explosive power while also employing many high flying moves. The two would be able to have a great match with each other as both superstars know how to have a great match and how to tell a story.
The Irish Ace is a great heel and Ricochet is a great underdog face. Jordan Devlin recently went back and forth with Finn Balor in a great match and if he faces Ricochet, the match will be even better.
The One and Only also recently had a match of the year candidate against Johnny Gargano for the NXT North American Championship. If these two superstars face off in a match they will definitely steal the show and have a great match.
NXT Tag Team Championship: The War Raiders (c) vs Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel
Now that the War Raiders are NXT Tag Team Champions, they are going to need new challengers. Their first challengers should arguably be Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel. The two would have a really fun match-up as Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel have already proven themselves to be a really good tag team through their matches with Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch, Moustache Mountain, and Flash Morgan Webster & Mark Andrews.
The War Raiders are also an amazing tag team as proven by their series of matches with Undisputed Era and the Mighty. The two teams would have a completely brutal match that would include both impressive displays of power from the War Raiders and Fabian Aichner, impressive technical wrestling from Marcel Barthel, and insane high flying moves from Hanson and Fabian Aichner.
NXT North American Championship: Johnny Gargano (c) vs Tyler Bate
Johnny Gargano has only just won the NXT North American Championship and is already set to defend his championship against the Velveteen Dream. WWE should also consider having him defend the NXT North American Championship against the other finalist of the World Collides Tournament and the first-ever NXT United Kingdom Champion in Tyler Bate.
Both superstars have definitely proven themselves in the ring and Johnny Gargano’s technical wrestling expertise and the high flying offence should mesh well with Tyler Bate’s explosive power and his high flying skills of his own. These two have shockingly never faced off with each other even though Tyler Bate has spent an extensive amount of time in NXT in the past.
However, now that Johnny Gargano is now a heel (or possibly a tweener?), there is nothing stopping him from facing off with a fan favourite in Tyler Bate in a great match.
